OF ARCHITECTURE . With in the Jurisdiction of Uthagamandalam Taluk at the premises
D.No.5/635 Kotagiri Road Perar T Mynala Post. The Nilgiri's Subject to the conditions
noted there on and such other condition as may be prescribed Inspected by Station
Officer Ooty on
14.12.2020. This License is valid up to One year.
CONDITIONS
( As per Col. 13 to Appendix V to the Rules Under Section 13 of the Act)
1) This License is valid for one year from the date of issue.
2) The applicant will also get permission /No objection certificate from other department if
Necessary.
3) If the extension or alteration is made in the existing building and also for Changing of
Present business will also apply & get separate permission.
4) Regular License has to be obtained from competent authority.
5) If here is any deviation from the Govt. Rule and Act the license issued will stand
Cancelled.
6) All the Fire Extinguishers have to be recharged and maintained periodically asper code
Practice in 2190/2010.
7) Advise to train the employee to operate the fire Extinguisher.
