NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE
There is no objection on public health grounds for McGAN'S OOTY SCHOOL OF
ARCHITECTURE, HOSTEL MESS, D.NO. 5/635, PERAR, KOTAGIRI ROAD, T.MYNALA
POST, THE NILGIRIS which has been inspected by the public health authorities subject
to the following conditions.
1. Shall not cause nuisance to public health as defined in Tamil Nadu Public Health Act,
1939.
2. Medical certificate from nearby PHC MO must be obtained for all in the premises, at least, once
in 3 months.
3. Shall not be a source of fly/mosquito breeding, bed bugs or Rodents.
4. Drinking water shall be chlorinated and shall have residual chlorine of 0.5ppm.
5. Garbage shall not be kept more than 24 hours and to be removed as often as possible.
6. Overhead tank/water sump shall be hermetically sealed or scientifically closed.
7. Hot lime wash/Color wash to be done, at least, once a year.
8. Smoking or Chewing of Tobacco products strictly prohibited by law.
9. Inspection note book shall be maintained & to be produced to public health authorities,
during inspection.
10. A copy of this certificate should be displayed in the premises.
11. If the premises found to be in unauthorized building, NOC will be revoked, without any notice.
12. NOC from Fire & Rescue Services Department is to be obtained.
13. Building Stability Certificate is to be obtained.
14. A minimum of one toilet with running water facility for 10 persons has to be provided in the
premises.
15. Bed spreads to be washed, at least once a day, before utility.
16. A Minimum of 40 square feet area has to be provided for each person.
17. Fresh air facility has to be provided for the inmates.
18.Laundry Register, Chlorination Register and Whitewash Register should be maintained properly
19.Preventive measures against COVID-19 should be strictly followed:
✓ Everyone should wear Face mask properly.
✓ Social distance should be maintained

20."Hand washing" Posters should be pasted in Hand washing areas.
21. If any of above conditions found to be violated, during inspection, NOC will be cancelled
without any notice.
22. This NOC is valid for the period of one year from the date of issue.
